Homemade pastillas

Super easy homemade pastillas recipe! :)


Ingredients:

2 1/2 Cup Powdered Milk
1 Can Condesed Milk
White Sugar for Coating

Steps:

1. In a bowl, Combine the powdered milk and condensed milk. Mix well.
2. Make a circle shape or it depends on you.
3. Either cover in parchment paper then japanese Paper ( For me, i used the mini chocolate moulder )

Recipe of the Day: Spaghetti Americana w/ Tuna baguette :)

Spaghetti Americana w/ Tuna melted cheese baguette


Spaghetti Americana

Ingredients
1.Minced Garlic
2.Unsalted Butter
3.Vegetable Mix
4.Minced Pork
5.Pinch of salt Pasta


Instruction:


Melt butter in pan then add minced garlic. Wait till golden brown. Saute the minced pork. Then add vegetable mix. Then add the pasta :)


Spicy Tuna w/melted cheese


Ingredients

1. Spicy Tuna Mayonnaise
2. Minced Onion
3. Cheddar Cheese
4. Pinch of Sugar and Salt

Combine and mix spicy tuna,mayonnaise,minced onion,sugar and salt. Then put on top of baguette then put the cheese and heat it in oven :D Serve it while its hot :D

Recipe of the Day: Stir Fry Udon

Just sharing one of the simpliest recipe that i've cooked! :)

Side story: I was craving for the fried udon that day. So i tried to research how to cook udon. But after visiting food sites/blog lagi na lang kulang ang ingredients ko i mean i dont know where to buy (ex.mirin ) i dont know what is mirin. haha! and since i dont have time to buy and i want it na agad for our dinner so i experimented na lang :) but thank goodness, it's sucessful! :)



Ingredients

Bell Pepper
White Onions
Cooking Oil
Sweet Soy sauce
Pure sesame oil
Fresh Udon


Instruction

1. Slice Bell pepper and white onions into strip and thin one.
2. In pan, put cooking oil then saute the white onions and bell pepper
3. After it turned a little bit of golden brown, Add the Udon
4. Then, stir it for few minutes then Add the sweet sauce.Then put 1 teaspoon of pure sesame oil. Mixed it for few minutes.
5. Best serve with coke! haha! :)

Recipe of the Day: Buttered Shrimp in oyster sauce.

My husband is such a shrimp lover. anything with shrimps he'll like it :) If he found out that our menu for the day is sinigang na hipon ( shrimp in tamarind soup ) he'll be super duper happy! hahaha! And this recipe is one of the easiest shrimp recipe i know :)





Ingredients

1 Can of Sprite
Minced Garlic
Oyster Sauce
Unsalted Butter
Shrimps




Instruction


1.Marinate the shrimps in sprite for about 30mins

2. In a separate pan,saute the garlic in butter. Cook until turns golden brown.

3.Put the shrimp including the marinated liquid. Let it simmer.

4.Then add the oyster sauce.

5.Sprinkle with pepper.

6 Serve it and Enjoy!:)


Prepartion Time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
